Làm Adobe hiện chữ ký xanh (nội bộ NHOVN)

Quan trọng: Chỉ import file .cer vào Windows thường chưa đủ. Adobe Reader/Acrobat có kho tin cậy riêng — phải bật “Use this certificate as a trusted root” trong Adobe, hoặc bật dùng Windows Certificate Store.

Tải Root CA (.cer) Về trang ký số

Cách A — Tin CA trong Adobe (khuyến nghị)

Mở Adobe Acrobat Reader (đóng hết PDF đang mở).
Edit → Preferences (hoặc Ctrl+K).
Trái: Signatures → mục Identities & Trusted Certificates → bấm More….
Trái chọn Trusted Certificates → nút Import.
Chọn file NHOVN_Internal_Root_CA.cer → Open.
Hiện chứng thư NHOVN Internal Root CA → bấm Import / Trust.
Bắt buộc: chọn chứng thư vừa import → Edit Trust (hoặc Trust):
- ☑ Use this certificate as a trusted root
- ☑ Certified documents (nếu có)
- ☑ Signatures / Signed documents or data
OK → OK → đóng hẳn Adobe (File → Exit), mở lại PDF đã ký.
Signature properties → Check validity → kỳ vọng Valid / xanh.

Cách B — Cho Adobe dùng Windows store

Nếu bạn đã import CA vào Trusted Root Certification Authorities của Windows:

Adobe → Edit → Preferences → Signatures.
Mục Verification → More….
Bật tùy chọn kiểu:
- Validating Signatures → dùng chứng thư tin cậy từ Windows Certificate Store / “Trust root certificates from Windows…”
(Tên menu hơi khác theo bản Acrobat/Reader.)
OK → đóng Adobe hoàn toàn → mở lại PDF → Check validity.

Cách C — Kiểm tra đã import Windows đúng chỗ

Win+R → gõ certmgr.msc → Enter (Current User) hoặc certlm.msc (Local Machine, cần admin).
Trusted Root Certification Authorities → Certificates.
Phải thấy NHOVN Internal Root CA.
Nếu nằm ở Personal / Intermediate → sai chỗ → xóa và import lại vào Trusted Root.

Vẫn Unknown?

Đang xem bằng Chrome / Edge / trình duyệt? Viewer trình duyệt thường không hiện xanh với CA nội bộ — hãy mở bằng Adobe Reader.
Chưa đóng hẳn Adobe sau khi import → đóng hết process Acrobat/Reader rồi mở lại.
Import đúng file user cert thay vì Root CA → phải import NHOVN Internal Root CA.
Trên web nội bộ: bấm 5 — Kiểm tra toàn vẹn — nếu xanh trên server thì file đúng; chỉ thiếu tin CA trên máy xem.

Server đã xác minh: INTACT + TRUSTED + UNTOUCHED với CA NHOVN. Adobe xanh = máy bạn tin Root CA đúng cách trong Adobe.
